When you submit our contact form or email us, you provide information such as your name, company, email address, country and the details of your inquiry. We use this only to respond to your message and to evaluate whether we can help with your project.
We run first-party analytics to understand how visitors use the site. We also send real-time visitor notifications and aggregate traffic reports to our enterprise messaging provider for internal operational use. These providers process technical data (such as IP addresses) on our behalf.
Inquiry messages are retained as long as needed to manage the business relationship. Analytics events and visitor-session metadata are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for traffic analysis, aggregate reporting and security, then deleted or anonymized.
